TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or using PrivLens Community Edition ("PrivLens"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the software.

2. LICENSE GRANT

PrivLens Community Edition is provided free of charge.

Sanaaya Tech Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for internal evaluation, educational, testing, and operational purposes.

You may use the software within your organization without payment.

3. OWNERSHIP

PrivLens is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in the software, trademarks, branding, documentation, reports, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Sanaaya Tech Labs.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

* Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
* Remove copyright notices or branding.
* Misrepresent the origin of the software.
* Redistribute modified versions of the software as PrivLens.

5. COMMUNITY EDITION LIMITATIONS

The Community Edition may contain feature limitations compared to future Professional, Enterprise, or MSP editions.

Feature availability may change in future releases.

Sanaaya Tech Labs reserves the right to change the number of security checks (rules) included in any edition, including the Community Edition, in future releases.

6. NO SECURITY GUARANTEE

PrivLens is an assessment and decision-support tool.

PrivLens does not:

* Prevent attacks
* Detect all security issues
* Guarantee compliance
* Guarantee Active Directory security
* Guarantee accurate identification of all risks

Findings generated by PrivLens are observations intended to assist administrators.

All findings should be independently reviewed and validated before operational decisions are made.

7. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANAAYA TECH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* MERCHANTABILITY
* FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
* NON-INFRINGEMENT
* ACCURACY OF RESULTS
* SECURITY OF RESULTS

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANAAYA TECH LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

* Data loss
* Business interruption
* Security incidents
* Misconfigurations
* Loss of revenue
* Loss of profits

9. PRIVACY

PrivLens Community Edition operates locally on the user's system.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PrivLens does not require the transmission of Active Directory data to Sanaaya Tech Labs for normal operation.

10. FEEDBACK

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations voluntarily provided regarding PrivLens may be used by Sanaaya Tech Labs without restriction or compensation.

11. TERMINATION

These rights automatically terminate if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. CHANGES

Sanaaya Tech Labs may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions may be published with future releases.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the software shall be legally resolved within Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India jurisdiction.
